Derek Cullison- Director and Owner at DC Athletics- Alumni Purdue vaulter, coached 5 State Champions, 3 State Runner ups, 34 state medalist, 2021 Team National Championship (Carmel HS), and is the Current vault coach at Carmel High School.

Trey Arnold- Head Assistant coach at DC-Athletics- Uindy vaulter. Trey has been an athlete under coach Cullison for 8 years and has now taken to coaching as he resides as Roncoli’s pole vault coach, with a bright coaching future ahead of him. Trey was a DII All American in the pole vault in 2023.

Kennedy Merrell will be joining our coaching staff this summer as she also trains with our college group. She was the state runner up in 2022 and just recently committed to transfer from Purdue to Indiana State University to continue her vaulting career in the fall. Kennedy had a very successful first year coaching at West Lafayette High School, coaching 2023 Air Force pole vault commit, Wyatt Curl to a school record and state qualification jump of 15’9 3/4”.

Logan Sandlin will be joining our coaching staff this summer. Logan is going into his 4th year at Purdue University competing in the decathlon, where pole vault is his major focus. Logan has been training under coach Cullison for the last 7 years and helped train the 2023 Air Force pole vault commit Wyatt Curl back in 2022.
